1. By placing the order in our store, you accept our shipping/return policy.

  2. Returns are only accepted with the approval of our customer service. Please contact the support team at contact@devitco.com within 60 days to initiate a return or any other query.

  3. To initiate a return for electronics and luxury items, Please contact the support team at contact@devitco.com within 14 days to initiate a return or any other query.

  4. Unused, unopened electronics and luxury items can be returned within 14 calendar days, and 60 calendar days for other items. Conditions apply.

  5. Please file a claim and provide proper verification as requested by the customer support representative if the item is defective/damaged or not working. Unverified products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are unable to resolve your issue without verification. Claims submitted after the 60-day calendar time limit will be rejected.

  6. Some items are not returnable for free. Always think about using a trackable shipping service.

  7. Any product that you return must be in its original condition and packaging. Items altered by you in any way after receipt are not eligible for return. 

  8. While placing the order, please be considerate of choosing the correct size, color, and other details. Please check the details twice before confirming the order to avoid any return or exchange claims afterward.

  9. Packages that are refused or rejected upon delivery, abandoned, or returned outside of the designated return process are not accepted as returns.

  10. For undelivered or lost packages, please file a claim within 30 days. Claim filed after the mentioned time bracket will not be accepted.   

  11. If you did not receive your package but it was marked as delivered by the courier, it will not be considered lost. Please submit a claim to the courier.

  12. Please ensure that you enter your correct, complete address during the checkout process to avoid delivery issues. Items returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for a refund. We will contact you for the correct address and resend the item to you.

  13. Order cancellations/changes are accepted within 60 minutes if the order has not been shipped. Canceling/retrieving your order after it has been dispatched from our warehouse and assigned a tracking number is nearly impossible.

  14. Refunds for your products are issued using your original payment method. If you ordered via Paypal, the refund will be issued to your Paypal account only; if you ordered via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. Account changes are not accepted for refund.

  15. Any returned item that falls outside our Return Policy or is not eligible for a refund is discarded by us. 

  16. Our guarantees do not apply if you simply have a change of mind, find a cheaper alternative, or find you no longer need it. 

  17. If your order has not been purchased via www.devitco.com the return policy applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.

  18. We make every effort to ensure that the product and packaging are of the highest quality. However, because logistics companies handle the shipping, we cannot guarantee completely undamaged packaging. As a result, any returns, refunds, or claims regarding product packaging are not accepted. However, if the product is received damaged, please notify us so that we can make any necessary adjustments.
